Alpha seeks an Elementary Program Lead to manage a K-3 cohort from classrooms, focusing on coaching Guides and students toward independent learning. You’ll use performance data, observations, and targeted feedback to drive measurable progress, with no traditional instruction time.
Work is on-site at Alpha campuses in Miami, FL or New York City, NY, with relocation assistance. You’ll design workshops on life and learning skills, mentor Guides, and help scale a coaching-centered model across the
When students struggle, most schools lower the bar. You raise it.
You're convinced that young learners are capable of achieving more than conventional classrooms require, and you've led teams that deliver results to prove it. You understand that accountability, strong standards, and intrinsic motivation transform student outcomes far more effectively than traditional methods.
Alpha dedicates just two morning hours to academics, leveraging adaptive learning technology. This structure allows you to concentrate on high-leverage work: coaching students toward independent learning and developing the Guides who enable that transformation. You'll be accountable for a K-3 cohort, using observation, data, and coaching to ensure every student loves learning, progresses at twice the typical rate, and builds critical life skills.
This role is neither instructional coach nor principal. You won't lose time to administrative meetings or paperwork. Instead, you'll spend your days in classrooms—analyzing performance data for both students and Guides, delivering workshops on focus, resilience, communication, and accountability, and driving measurable growth for children and adults alike.
Your impact will extend beyond your immediate cohort. You'll capture successful strategies, create playbooks that elevate standards school-wide, and contribute to how Alpha trains its next generation of Guides. If you're motivated by developing people, scaling what works, and demonstrating that exceptional results follow high expectations, let's talk.
Fulfill Alpha's three core promises for every K-3 student by developing high-performing Guides, intrinsically motivated learners, and a coaching-driven culture that reliably delivers outstanding academic and life skill outcomes.
Alpha reimagines the school day around faster learning, stronger mentorship, and more time for students to build real-world skills.
Alpha hires teachers (guides), operators, admissions experts, school & curriculum leaders, and remote team members.
Alpha offers six-figure roles for people ready to help build a radically better school experience.
Alpha is fast-moving, ambitious, and student focused. It’s for people who want to improve the system, not maintain it.
