Job summary

Pleasanton Public Schools in Nebraska is seeking an Educational Leader for the Elementary Principal role who will provide instructional leadership, support students and staff, promote a positive school culture, and oversee daily operations.

Responsibilities include leading curriculum, instruction, assessment, supervising staff, ensuring a safe environment, using data to guide decisions, communicating with families and Board, and recruiting and developing staff.

Qualifications

• Must hold or be eligible for a Nebraska administrative certificate with the appropriate endorsement.
• Successful experience as an educator; administrative or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong instructional leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, families, and the community.
• Commitment to professional growth, collaboration, confidentiality, and ethical leadership.
