Job summary

Playworks is seeking a Site Specialist to bring healthy play to two elementary schools in Colorado. You will train for two weeks before the school year and partner with schools to deliver safe, engaging recess and after-school programs. You’ll lead Jr.

Coach trainings, run class games, and promote conflict-resolution skills among students. The role involves coordinating with school staff, families, and volunteers, organizing schedules and evaluations, and supporting Playworks curriculum delivery

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience facilitating trainings and working with groups of children.

Responsibilities

• Program: plan and run recess and school-day activities.
• Administrative: manage schedules, paperwork, and communications.
• School partnerships: coordinate with school staff and staff trainings.
• Regional support: assist with events and curricular resources.
