Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a pediatric speech-language pathologist for a school-based contract in Milton, FL. The role focuses on delivering speech and language services to elementary students, with a structured 6:45am–2:15pm schedule and a 37.5-hour workweek.

You will conduct screenings, evaluations, develop treatment plans, deliver individual and group therapy, and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals.

Qualifications

• This role requires SLP licensure eligibility in Florida and pediatric school experience.
• CFY candidates are encouraged to apply and may be considered for licensure requirements.

Responsibilities

• Screenings and evaluations for students with speech and language needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and deliver therapy (individual and group).
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support progress.
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with district policies and laws.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support teams.
