Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC) for a full-time contract in Florida to support elementary students during the 2026-2027 school year.

The ideal candidate holds SLP-CCC certification, has experience with elementary-aged children, and understands IEP processes, therapeutic techniques, and collaboration with teachers and families.

Qualifications

  • Current SLP-CCC certification is required.
  • Experience with elementary school children is preferred.
  • Knowledge of therapeutic techniques and IEP processes in a school setting.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to foster positive relationships with students, teachers, and families.

Responsibilities

  • Assess students’ speech, language, and communication abilities.
  • Develop individualized therapy plans and goals in accordance with IEPs.
  • Provide direct intervention in both individual and group settings.
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings and communicate student progress.
  • Collaborate with teachers and support staff to integrate strategies into the classroom.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of evaluations, sessions, and progress.
