Job summary

CALEX SPORTS INC. in Menlo Park seeks energetic part-time coaches to lead after-school classes for children aged 5–10, using our provided lesson plans. Sessions run weekdays from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, about one hour per class, plus optional pre-care.

Coaches will manage 8–16 students, create a fun, active environment, and capture a few photos for documentation. You must be locally based, eligible to work in the U.S., and prepared for a TB test and Live Scan.

Qualifications

• Must be 19+ years old
• Candidates must currently live locally and be available for in-person work
• Fully vaccinated and willing to undergo TB test and Live Scan background check
• Eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Teach classes for students ages 5–10 using provided lesson plans
• Manage class size (8–16 students) and maintain a positive environment
• Attend a 2-day training or shadowing session before starting
• Equipment provided (coach must have reliable transportation)
• Take attendance, manage sign-ins, and interact with parents/school staff
• Capture class photos for documentation
