Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in the delivery of instruction as directed by the classroom teacher.
• Support students with special educational needs, including those with physical disabilities.
• Implement IEPs and manage student behavior.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents.
• Participate in school activities, meetings, and professional development programs.
• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of students at all times.
• Follow verbal and written instructions and work as part of a team.
• Maintain school staff and student confidentiality.
• Develop a positive role in school and community relations.
• Have effective communication, organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
