Job summary

KIPP Public Schools Northern California is seeking a dedicated Elementary School Teacher (Multiple Subject) for San Francisco. This full-time role involves crafting daily lessons, collaborating with peers and instructional coaches, and delivering culturally responsive instruction to a diverse student population.

You will analyze data to inform instructional decisions, participate in weekly professional development, and contribute to an anti-racist school community. A B.A./B.S.

Qualifications

• Hold a B.A./B.S. degree from a regionally accredited institution.
• Eligibility for a teaching credential in the desired subject, or eligibility for a Provisional Internship Permit, or eligibility for a Short Term Staff Permit.
• Experience teaching students from demographics similar to KIPP’s student body.

Responsibilities

• Daily lesson planning aligned to KIPP’s academic vision and goals.
• Analyze data regularly to inform instructional practices.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive, rigorous classroom environment using Restorative Practices and SEL.
• Implement culturally responsive management to support all learners.
• Communicate with staff, families, and stakeholders to build strong partnerships.
• Attend weekly professional development and Communities of Practice.
