Job summary

Church of the City is seeking a dedicated Director of KidCity Elementary Ministry to manage weekly Sunday programming, lead a volunteer team, and develop engaging experiences for children aged elementary through the KidCity environment.

You will partner with the KidCity Pastor and citywide KidCity team to ensure curriculum alignment, plan events, and foster a healthy, sustainable volunteer culture within a fast-paced church setting.

Qualifications

• Must be a Christian in submission to Scripture and Holy Spirit.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee weekly programming and Sunday elementary environment.
• Recruit, train, and care for elementary volunteers and leaders.
• Coordinate events and experiences across KidCity ministry.
• Collaborate with KidCity Pastor and citywide KidCity team for alignment.
• Attend required team, staff, and all-staff meetings.
