Job summary

Christ Church is seeking a Kids Director to provide visionary leadership of the children's ministry across all venues. This leader will recruit, train, and deploy staff and volunteers, partner with parents, and cultivate a discipleship path that helps children encounter Jesus and grow in faith.

The role focuses on developing leaders, building scalable ministry systems, and collaborating with the family ministry team to ensure a cohesive discipleship journey for children at Christ Church.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 5 years in a large church or non-profit setting.
• Experience leading teams and developing leaders.

Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership for Christ Church Kids across venues.
• Recruit, coach, and deploy staff and volunteers for discipleship.
• Partner with parents to support faith formation at home.
• Develop age-appropriate discipleship experiences for children.
• Build systems and teams to sustain ministry operations.
