Job summary

Christ Church Kids is seeking a Kids Director to provide visionary leadership across all Christ Church venues. This role will develop systems to equip leaders, partner with parents, and cultivate disciples who make more disciples.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum 5 years leading in a large church or nonprofit.
• Proven ability to lead volunteers and staff.
• Strong spiritual formation and discipleship focus.

Responsibilities

• Cast Vision and Lead Strategy for Christ Church Kids across venues.
• Recruit, coach, and deploy staff and volunteers; build healthy leadership pipelines.
• Partner with Parents for faith formation and family engagement.
• Develop age-appropriate discipleship experiences and pathways for children.
• Build and improve ministry systems and cross-department collaboration.
