Responsibilities

• Plan instruction and daily activities aligned with district goals and objectives.
• Provide instruction at appropriate levels, monitor progress, and adjust as needed.
• Establish behavior expectations and maintain classroom management.
• Participate in parent/teacher conferences and communicate student progress.
• Collaborate with professional staff to meet students' needs.
• Develop and administer student assessments and report grades to parents.
• Maintain knowledge of subject matter and alignment with curriculum.
• Pursue professional development to grow teaching skills.
• Maintain accurate records of student work and progress.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
