Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education or mathematics with a valid Florida Teacher’s Certificate in Elementary Education and/or Secondary Mathematics.
• Minimum five (5) years of related teaching experience.
• Complete Broward County Public Schools’ Instructional Coach Development and Credentialing Program within two (2) years of assignment.
• Progressively more responsible educational experience with at least two (2) years in teacher leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized coaching and mentoring to individual teachers based on identified needs.
• Support teachers in establishing positive classroom culture and climate.
• Assist with implementing instructional strategies and differentiating instruction.
• Analyze student work and data to inform professional practice and growth.
