Responsibilities

• Communicates maintenance issues to the District Operations Supervisor.
• Directs custodial crew to maintain the school facility in safe, clean condition.
• Inspects mechanical equipment to ensure proper operation and maintains within safe limits.
• Maintains electrical and plumbing systems and performs routine upkeep.
• Performs preventative maintenance and basic carpentry or repairs as needed.
• Maintains and updates inventory, logs, and safety records.
