Job summary

Region 14 School District seeks an Elementary School Interventionist at Bethlehem Elementary School to support students in literacy and mathematics through targeted small-group instruction. You will work with instructional leaders to analyze data and implement evidence-based lessons to meet students’ needs.

This role emphasizes collaboration with teachers to promote growth in academic, social, and emotional skills.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required; bachelor's degree or teaching certificate preferred
• 3 years of experience in related field preferred
• Experience working with elementary students in literacy and math is helpful

Responsibilities

• Under the guidance of the literacy and math instructional leaders, provide research-based, targeted instruction for small groups of students needing additional support in literacy and math
• Monitor and assess students using provided lesson materials, formative and summative assessments, technology programs, and universal screeners
• Collect data and develop summary notes to share with classroom teachers and instructional leaders
