Job summary

Centennial School District is hiring a Library Aide for Willow Dale Elementary. The role supports daily library operations, from circulation desk duties to assisting with class use and catalog access. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and favors candidates with prior library experience or an A.A.

or B.A. degree. This is a non-exempt, support-staff role with a 9:30 am to 3:00 pm schedule during the 180-day school year.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior library experience or associate/bachelor's degree preferred.
• FLSA: Non-exempt

Responsibilities

• Maintains library materials inventory and equipment.
• Runs circulation desk tasks including check-in/out and fines notices.
• Assists with class scheduling and library catalog usage.
• Operates media and computer equipment for library services to students and staff.
• Shelves materials accurately and maintains organization of periodicals and catalogs.
• Processes materials acquisitions and manages invoices as directed.
• Maintains records and prepares end-of-year reports.
• Ensures compliance with district policies and copyright rules.
