Job summary

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of media center procedures and equipment.
• Able to supervise students when classroom teachers are not present.

Responsibilities

• Manages circulation desk, e-card catalog, and computer lab effectively.
• Instructs students in using library resources and develops research skills.
• Conducts annual inventory and discsards outdated materials.
• Tracks overdue items and notifies students of outstanding materials.
• Maintains neat media center and handles calls and messages.
• Operates audio/visual equipment and assists teachers with materials.
