Job summary

Spectrum 360 A NJ Non Profit Corp. is seeking an Elementary Education teacher to replace a leave of absence across district elementary schools for the 2026–2027 school year. Location: Elementary Schools.

Closing Date: 07/31/2026. The position requires NJ instructional certification or CE with advanced standing (P–3 or K–6), familiarity with NJ Student Learning Standards, and ability to differentiate instruction using technology, especially in math and literacy.

Qualifications

• New Jersey instructional certificate or CE with advanced standing.
• Familiarity with NJ Student Learning Standards.
• Ability to collaborate with grade-level teachers.
• Willingness to differentiate instruction and use technology in math and language arts.
• Knowledge of state assessment expectations and test specifications.
• Experience with Danielson's Framework for Teaching is a plus.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Criminal history check clearance required.
• BOE approval required for substitutes.

Qualifications

• New Jersey Instructional Certificate, Certificate of Eligibility, or Certificate of Eligibility with Advanced Standing (Early Childhood Education P–3 or Elementary Education K–6)
• Knowledge/experience with NJ Student Learning Standards
• Ability to work collaboratively with other grade level teachers
• Willingness to differentiate instruction and utilize technology to enhance student learning (particularly in mathematics and language arts literacy)
• Knowledge of state assessment expectations and test specifications
• Experience with Charlotte Danielson's Framework for Teaching (a plus)
• Bilingual (a plus)
• Successful clearance of criminal history
• All substitutes must be BOE approved

Salary

• Days 1–20: $130.00 per day
• Day 21 and beyond: $367.00 per day (HTEA 26/27 STEP 1 BA Teacher Guide)

Leave replacement teachers receive benefits after five consecutive months of working (single health benefits). In addition to the base salary, eligible employees receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, vision, prescription, and dental insurance, and paid time off.
