BASIS Ed Phoenix Primary is seeking an Elementary Teacher to join our bright, passionate teaching team for a long-term substitute role.

As a Learning Expert Teacher, you will address differentiated needs of your students, collaborate with the Subject Expert Teacher, and focus on individual results to raise student outcomes while maintaining a positive classroom environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree required.
• Valid Identity Verified Prints (IVP) Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
• Demonstrated passion for student achievement and directed effort to raise individual student outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead one cohort of students through classroom transitions.
• Collaborate with the Subject Expert Teacher (SET) for each class period.
• Provide individualized or small group instruction to meet differentiated needs.
• Establish and maintain standards of student behavior in the classroom.
