BASIS Phoenix Primary is seeking a Learning Expert Teacher to join our bright, passionate teaching team. As a BASIS Ed Elementary LET, you will support differentiated learning, focusing on individual student outcomes while SETs lead main instruction.

Primary duties include cohort leadership, collaboration with SET, and delivering targeted instruction to meet diverse needs in a joyful learning environment. Qualifications include a BA/MA and IVP clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree required.
• Valid Identity Verified Prints (IVP) Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
• Demonstrated passion for student achievement and directed effort to raise individual student outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead one cohort of students and manage classroom transitions.
• Collaborate with the Subject Expert Teacher (SET) for each class period.
• Provide individualized or small group instruction to meet differentiated needs.
• Establish and maintain standards of student behavior to create a functional learning atmosphere.
