Qualifications

• Strong background in elementary reading/writing and/or math instruction.

• Strong coaching skills.
• Familiarity with MTSS model and data analysis.
• MA DESE Licensure.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design and delivery of job-embedded professional development with coaching and co-planning.
• Model effective instruction techniques and differentiation for MTSS.
• Coach teachers on high quality, rigorous instruction and Tier 2/3 support.
• Work directly with students for academic support, enrichment, and intervention.
• Collaborate with principals to support educators and implement coaching outcomes.
• Assess impact of PD via classroom observations and data analysis.
• Contribute to MTSS model development and school-wide data initiatives.
• Engage families as active members of student educational teams.
