Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university (THECB recognized).
• Texas Educator Certification, or willingness to join ACP to become certified.
• Ability to navigate web-based applications and educational platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop rigorous lessons in your content area for 1:1 blended learning environments and bridge gaps for marginalized communities.
• Set ambitious goals with students and monitor progress with frequent feedback.
• Track student growth and create growth plans with coaches for achievement concerns.
• Maintain regular communication with parents via phone, video conference, email or district platforms.
• Create a conducive classroom environment and collaborate with co-planner on daily lesson plans.
