• Communicate regularly with parents and staff regarding educational, social, and personal needs of students.
• Assist students in assessing abilities and establishing educational and vocational goals aligned with strengths.
• Develop and implement an Individualized Education Plan (IEP) for each child in accordance with state processes.
• Participate in IEP and ETR meetings.
• Develop post-secondary transition goals and experiences for students aged 14 and older.
• Prepare daily lesson plans and activities to meet identified needs.
