Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise workers in food preparation and service.
• Ensure compliance with USDA regulations.
• Plan and order food, supplies, and equipment.
• Train workers in sanitation and safety procedures.
• Monitor inventory and maintain security of equipment.
