Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid teaching license in Indiana or out-of-state with Indiana licensure eligibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in teaching/content area preferred.
• Comfort with basic computer use and educational software.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement lessons aligned to school objectives.
• Create an inviting, safe, and conducive instructional environment.
• Coordinate instructional activities with staff to maximize learning.
• Assess student achievement and maintain records.
• Establish positive relationships with students, parents, and staff.
• Deliver instruction using varied strategies and monitor progress.
• Administer and score local assessments; provide feedback to parents.
