Cambridge Lakes Learning Center is seeking a Preschool Faculty member to design and deliver engaging learning experiences aligned to our core values. You will employ instructional strategies that support inquiry, project-based, and experiential approaches for the whole child while partnering with families and leadership to align curriculum and communicate progress.

Qualified candidates have an Associate's degree in teaching (or equivalent) and experience as an early childhood educator.

Qualifications

• Experience as an early childhood educator.
• Provide developmentally appropriate programs aligned with federal and state initiatives.
• Safe learning environments for young children with appropriate supervision

Responsabilités

• Design and deliver engaging learning experiences aligned to our values, challenge every student, and inspire excellence across content areas and grade levels.
• Employ a range of age-appropriate research-based instructional strategies aligned to our instructional model that support inquiry, project-based, and experiential approaches to address the whole child and support the growth of all learners.
• Partner with colleagues, families, and school leadership to align curriculum, communicate student progress, and contribute to a culture of shared responsibility.
• Engage fully in Cambridge Lakes' Professional Excellence Framework and all professional responsibilities as outlined in the Guide to Excellence and Employee Handbook.
