Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a Georgia PSC-approved college or university.
• Valid PSC-approved teaching certificate.
• Endorsements in ESOL and Gifted are required.
• GACE Education Ethics Assessment must be passed.
• Minimum two years of verifiable industrial work experience.
• Industry licensure may be required depending on position.

Responsibilities

• Teaches grade-level content and mandated curriculum.
• Develops and implements lessons for in-person and virtual learning.
• Communicates with parents, students, and district personnel via phone, email, or video conferencing.
• Creates an engaging classroom environment conducive to learning and student growth.
• Utilizes technology to deliver instruction and collaboration.
• Maintains attendance, assessment records, and progress reports.
