Responsibilities

• Plans and delivers instruction aligned to state and district standards.
• Develops lesson plans and activities for in-person and virtual learning.
• Communicates with district personnel, students, and parents by phone, email, or video.
• Creates a classroom environment conducive to learning and student development.
• Uses internet/tech tools to provide instruction and collaboration.
• Assesses progress, documents reports, and tracks attendance.
• Supervises student behavior and participates in conferences as needed.
• Directs paraprofessionals and attends required meetings and trainings.
