Qualifications

• Elementary school assignment(s) to be decided.
• Two part time positions.
• Bachelor's Degree is required; Master's Degree preferred.
• MA DESE Certification in English as a Second Language PreK-8.
• Minimum of five years of experience teaching multilingual learners.
• Knowledge of WIDA ACCESS and language proficiency data; collaboration or PD facilitation experience.
• Citizenship, residency or work visa required.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, and coordinates professional development for ESL and general education teachers.
• Supports implementation of language-acquisition integration into content-area instruction.
• Analyzes student and instructional data to inform decision-making.
• Collaborates with teachers, administrators, and colleagues to strengthen practices and outcomes.
• Promotes educational equity, inclusive practices, and linguistic diversity.
