Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of classroom teaching experience.
• Reading certification and eligibility for Missouri certification.
• Knowledge of early literacy research and reading instruction.
• Ability to apply data to instructional decisions.
• Experience with district literacy programs and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Assist in facilitation of the district literacy program.
• Provide data collection and analysis support and share findings with staff and leaders.
• Support schools in reviewing student achievement and placement in reading interventions.
• Model targeted evidence-based literacy strategies for teachers.
• Deliver professional development on literacy, co-teaching, and co-planning.
