Responsibilities

• Observe best practices in classroom instruction and education reform.
• Co-teach with teacher-leaders and provide in-house substitute teaching coverage.
• Support teachers with grading and student instruction for individuals or small groups.
• Assist with interventions, enrichment groups, and organizing student events.
• Build positive relationships with students and participate in professional development.
