Qualifications

• Conferred associate degree (60 credits) from an accredited institution.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 on undergraduate coursework.
• Proof of acceptance/enrollment in a state-approved teacher prep program.

Responsibilities

• Plan, customize, and deliver standards-aligned lessons with the Mentor Teacher.
• Facilitate small-group intervention and differentiated instruction based on data.
• Gradually assume increased instructional responsibilities over two-year cycle.
• Maintain safe, structured classroom environment and professional boundaries.
• Participate in professional development, PLCs, and staff meetings.
• Communicate with families regarding student performance and growth.
• Adhere to FERPA, mandatory reporting, and ESE requirements.
