Back to Basics Learning Dynamics in Wilmington, DE 19803 is seeking a part-time, in-person Elementary Tutor to provide 1:1 tutoring in Reading and Math after school.

You will develop tailored lessons, use hands-on approaches, maintain session documentation, and communicate with parents and teachers as needed.

The role requires at least 3 years of elementary tutoring or teaching, a Bachelor’s degree, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt instruction for diverse learners.

Position Description:

We are seeking a part-time, in-person Elementary Tutor to provide 1:1 tutoring instruction in Readingand Math

• Location: our Wilmington center 19803
• Type: Part-time
• Schedule:Flexible during afterschool hours for weekdays and weekends (but not weekends only)
