Back to Basics Learning Dynamics (B2B) seeks a part-time, in-person Elementary Tutor to provide 1:1 reading and math instruction at our Wilmington center (19803). The role offers flexible afterschool hours on weekdays and weekends, with a competitive hourly rate based on experience.

You will develop tailored lessons, adapt approaches to student needs, maintain progress documentation, and communicate with parents and teachers as needed. Travel within 30 minutes is expected.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of teaching or tutoring experience with elementary-aged students.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt lesson plans and teaching approaches based on student engagement, need, and skill level.
• Experience in working with students with learning differences a plus.
• Travel to our center should be no more than 30 minutes from your location.
