Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develops and administers elementary curriculum aligned with district goals.
• Creates safe, conducive environment for individualized and small group instruction.
• Designs lesson plans and learning experiences to maximize instructional time.
• Assesses student learning and adapts instruction to meet diverse needs, including special education.
• Maintains accurate records of student achievement and attendance per district procedures.
• Communicates effectively with parents and coordinates with other staff.
