Qualifications

• Maintain student and classroom files and attendance records.
• Supervise students during lunch, recess, field trips, and rehearsals.
• Follow district policies and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist teacher or step into her role if necessary.
• Reinforcement of all academic areas.
• Reinforcement of discipline procedures.
• Reinforcement of any behavior modification program.
• Teach groups or individuals.
• Grade papers; keep attendance; record grades.
• All activities related to classroom assistance.
