Reports To: School Principal
The Building Support Educator is a vital member of the school community who provides daily instructional and operational support aligned with the goals of the District. This position is designed to provide flexible, consistent coverage for classrooms and other critical school-based functions, ensuring that students receive high-quality, uninterrupted instruction and services. Unlike a traditional substitute, the Building Support Educator is embedded in the school culture and plays an ongoing, proactive role in student achievement and school improvement efforts.

Evaluation: Performance of this job will be evaluated in accordance with provisions of the Board's policy on evaluation of support services.
Terms of Employment: Full-time, 6.5 hrs/day (plus .5 unpaid lunch), school-based, 10-month position.
Salary Range: $35.00 - $39.86/hr
