Job summary

Qualifications

• High School or Equivalent required.
• Frequent lifting 5–50 lbs; occasional 50–100 lbs.
• Knowledge of facility operations including electrical, gas/water controls, and HVAC.

Responsibilities

• Perform related duties as assigned.
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of facility, grounds, and equipment; maintain safety and efficiency.
• Coordinate custodial work activities with Group Leader and Building Administrator.
