Qualifications

• Experience working with children or adolescents in an educational setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills when working with colleagues and children.
• Willingness to obtain certification, if not currently held.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive behavioral support, teaching emotional regulation, coping, and social skills.
• Implement Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) and de-escalation strategies.
• Collect and document student behavior data to track progress.
