Job summary

Sioux Falls School District's Susan B. Anthony Elementary seeks a Behavior Facilitator to support students with behavior disorders and help implement behavior plans. You will work with teachers, BCBA's, and case managers to track progress and reinforce positive behaviors.

Two years of post-high school education and at least one year of relevant experience are required. Monday–Friday, 7:30 am–3:00 pm, 0.875 FTE, nine months; focus on confidential information handling and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Two years post-high school education.
• At least one year of work experience with interpersonal interaction and behavior programming knowledge.
• Ability to use a computer for word processing and data entry.
• Ability to maintain confidential information.
• Experience with behavior programming preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with staff to sustain positive learning environments.
• Support students by implementing behavior plans and targeted supports.
• Document progress on behavior and achievement goals.
• Conduct observations and collect required documentation.
• Provide progress reports to teachers and parents as directed.
• Organize paperwork and manage documentation per supervisor.
