Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in education, counseling, or social work.
• Experience with adolescents, including students with disabilities, in an educational setting.
• Demonstrate knowledge of positive behavior intervention and support.

Responsibilities

• Support communication and build positive relationships between students and staff.
• Collaborate with administration and staff to implement behavior management strategies.
• Support student success in classroom and academics participation.
• Assist in facilitating groups with staff, students and families.
• Liaise with community resources.
• Demonstrate crisis management support and work under supervision of BCBA and Special Education Supervisors.
