Attentive Autism Care is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our in-person team in Longmont, CO. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism and help them develop essential life skills in a safe, supportive environment.

Responsibilities include data collection, implementing behavior plans, and collaborating with BCBAs and therapists to ensure coordinated care. Flexible schedule options accompany this part-time position.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification is required.
• Background check and any other screenings may be required.

Responsibilities

• Accurately record data during therapy sessions to track progress.
• Implement behavior management strategies to address challenging behaviors.
