Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a 4-year college degree or 4 years of equivalent experience in education, social services or related field.
• Experience supervising diverse groups of students and staff.
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing in English (Spanish preferred); presentation, documentation, organizational, and computer skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings.

Responsibilities

• Implements attendance strategies to increase attendance and on-time arrival including outreach, home visits, and parent conferences.
• Sets short term goals for attendance targets and participates in district meetings as required.
• Oversees after-school program instructors, volunteers, and activities to ensure safety and quality delivery.
• Represents the school as liaison with parents, stakeholders, and community partners; promotes family engagement and collaboration.
• Coordinat es space usage for after-school programs and submits supply requests.
