Job summary

This role reports to the Principal, supervising teachers and coordinators, with onboarding duties including teaching for three weeks to learn the curriculum. A BA and TN credential are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develops effective educators by fostering a rigorous college-prep culture and coaching teams.
• Coaches teachers to build subject-area expertise and analyses data for planning.
• Leads data-driven instruction cycles to personalize learning and improve outcomes.
• Ensures progress for all students annually through planning and management.
• Collaborates with Special Education to maximize instructional delivery in inclusive models.
• Occasionally teaches to model and onboarding to learn curriculum and school model.
