• Ensure progress for all Rocketeers annually through management and planning.
• Collaborate with Special Education to maximize inclusion and support.
• Occasionally teach to model curriculum and onboarding.
• Engage with students and families through regular communication.
• Create a school community with active parental involvement.
• Share best practices across schools and collaborate with peers.
