Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and candidate must pass a background check.
• Experienced in educational administration and school leadership.
• Familiarity with PLC, MTSS, IEP/504 processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise in the director's absence and support leadership.
• Collaborate to implement PLC process and WPA curriculum.
• Oversee documentation of PLC meetings and tutoring logs.
• Monitor lesson planning and grading; provide feedback.
• Observe and evaluate staff using provided rubrics.
• Develop professional development and coaching for staff.
• Oversee standardized testing and data reporting.
• Build master schedule and class rosters.
• Attend IEP and 504 meetings as LEA/504 Coordinator.
• Lead campus-wide initiatives and events.
