Qualifications

• Must have CDA credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements.
• Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education or equivalent preferred.
• 2-3 years ECE experience preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Approved state trainer is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare curriculum aligned to each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to support child care and education goals.
• Support center success in enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities and partners.
