Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience working with children.

Responsibilities

• Provide tutoring in small groups at the Academic Skills Centers.
• Collaborate with the Lead ASC Tutor and educators to identify resources and strategies.
• Assist students in setting individual goals and monitor progress toward those goals.
• Guide students with appropriate learning activities, resources, and supports.
• Monitor student behavior to maintain a safe learning environment.
• Model appropriate social and interpersonal behavior for students.
• Prepare written materials and maintain data documenting student progress.
• Communicate progress to teachers and families.
• Engage in Professional Learning sessions as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
