Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• MA DESE Elementary 1-6 certification required or in process.
• Minimum of five years teaching experience; deep content knowledge and use of data for instructional decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of curriculum content.
• Plan and assess instruction and curriculum.
• Maintain classroom management.
• Plan and deliver effective instruction.
• Promote high standards and expectations for student achievement.
• Communicate with students, parents, and other district employees to support students.
• Promote equity and appreciation of diversity.
