Job Description

LEAP Academy University Charter School is seeking a highly qualified, passionate, and dedicated 5th Grade Teacher to provide high-quality instruction in a rigorous, engaging, and supportive classroom environment.

The 5th Grade Teacher will plan and deliver standards-aligned instruction that supports students' academic, social-emotional, and developmental growth. The teacher will establish a positive classroom culture, differentiate instruction to meet individual student needs, monitor student progress through ongoing assessment, and use data to inform instruction.

The ideal candidate will prepare students for success in middle school and beyond by developing strong skills in literacy, mathematics, science, social studies, and STEM/STEAM.
